The FRST100/3000 Floating Seal Running-in Test Machine is used to test the wear condition of floating oil seal components during rotation, evaluate the running-in period, and study the durability performance of floating seals.
;A pair of floating oil seal components are installed on the test machine in the normal installation form, and relative rotation is achieved under the condition of lubricating oil injection. The floating seal seats are placed in left and right pairs, with one end rotating and the other end axially loaded. The fully enclosed detachable floating seal seat sandbox simulates working conditions such as oil, gas, water, dust, clay, and sand particles, ensuring that oil, gas, water, dust, clay, and sand particles do not leak during the rotation test.
